Section 01 What you choose and what the request contains
Sun Bloom supports image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. A creation can involve a prompt, selected media, settings or a template choice. These are processed to carry out your request and provide the resulting image or video. The information needed depends on the feature and the choices you make.
Photos are selected with Android's system Photo Picker. You decide which photographs to make available; this selection does not open your entire photo library to Sun Bloom. Avoid adding private documents or sensitive information that is unrelated to what you want to create.
A creation's information includes its prompt, source media, input and output images or videos, parameters, settings, template selections, task identifiers, task records, status, timestamps, metadata and associations. The scope also includes links, previews, thumbnails, derived files and every copy. It is broader than the final file you see or download.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the material you provide, including permission needed to use another person's likeness or personal information. Finding a picture on a public website does not establish those permissions. Consider both the upload and the intended use of the result, and review generated material before sharing it.
Section 02 The whole record leaves within 36 hours
For a request with an upload, the 36-hour maximum starts when that input upload begins. With no upload, it starts at prompt submission. All information associated with the creation is deleted by that original deadline, including outputs produced during the period. Completing generation does not start another clock.
This rule reaches every system we control and processors acting for us. It includes the media and prompt, generation settings, template and task information, status, times, metadata, links, associations and copies in databases, file storage, logs, support or report messages and attachments, caches and backups. Moving information into a different kind of record does not change its deadline.
A copy, an internal transfer, a retry within the request or a support conversation cannot extend the period. Routine removal takes place without a deletion request and does not wait for verification, an investigation or a response from support. Creation information held in a backup must meet the same deadline as the original record.
Separate app-user, transaction, support, security or installation-attribution records may need to remain for a justified purpose. They cannot retain creation content, task details, metadata or links and associations beyond the creation's deadline. We remove those details even where an independent record has a lawful reason to remain.
Keep an exported copy on your device if you want a result to last. Erased service records cannot be used to recover that result, and Sun Bloom is not permanent storage for creative work. Downloads and copies you share with an independent person or service remain outside our deletion process and under your or the recipient's control.
Section 03 A limited purpose, without model training
We do not use user information to train AI models. This covers prompts, uploaded media and generated results, as well as app-user references, service records, purchases, diagnostics, reports and support communications. It is not a promise restricted to one media format, one model or information containing a real name.
Providing content gives us the limited permission needed to deliver the requested service and handle related support or safety matters. It does not transfer your existing rights or authorise unrelated publication of private material. Support and safety handling remain subject to the same deletion deadline for everything associated with the creation.
Information kept independently for a necessary purpose also stays outside AI training. Feedback, a complaint or a request for help does not broaden the permission or create a right to assemble a training collection. We do not use a separate retention reason as a way to keep creative content for later use.
Additional notices or consent required by law remain separate. Accepting the Terms, selecting a photo or sending a prompt does not automatically supply consent for an unrelated activity. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, lawful bases and choices relevant to operational information beyond a creative request.
Section 04 Where processing happens
Our self-hosted generation infrastructure processes requests under our operation. Creative inputs, prompts, outputs and related creation information are not sent to third-party AI generation services. Self-hosted describes the servers providing generation; it does not mean the whole process runs locally on your phone.
Sun Bloom does not identify people through facial recognition, build face identity profiles or extract biometric identity information. An image containing a face can still be personal information. It therefore has the same protections, permission requirements and deletion limit as other creative material.
Operational providers can have roles in hosting, communications, app distribution or purchasing, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Those roles are separate from providing an outside AI generation service. Processing carried out for us must respect the applicable purpose and retention limits, including for provider-held copies.
Adjust is used only to identify the source of an installation through the permitted necessary technical signals. It does not receive creation information, support conversations, content reports or purchase events. Attribution records have their own limited purpose and cannot preserve details or links to a creation after its deadline.
The website presents information and original concept artwork. It does not accept creative uploads or perform generation. The illustrations are neither app screenshots nor available templates or results made with Sun Bloom. The Android app is coming soon, with no published Google Play download link yet.
Section 05 Removal, reports and questions
Sun Bloom does not require registration or login. You can request removal of your app-user record and associated personal information in Personal Settings or independently by emailing feedback@sun-bloom.app. Email works even if the app cannot be opened or is no longer installed; an earlier in-app request is not required.
An available app-user or generation reference can help locate the information. If no reference is available, describe what you can provide so proportionate alternatives can be considered. Do not send store passwords, full payment details or unrelated identity documents to make a request.
To raise a concern about a result, use the report option on its creation-detail page without leaving the app. You may also email about harmful content, an infringement or use of someone's likeness without permission. Explain the concern and your connection to it where relevant, without forwarding illegal material or unnecessary private files.
Streamlyne LLC provides Sun Bloom and the handling described here. An enquiry or report cannot extend the original creation deadline.
