Section 01 Sun Bloom and the company behind it
Sun Bloom and sun-bloom.app are provided by Streamlyne LLC. The company's address is 2054 E Buckingham Way, Sandy - 84093-1632, United States; enquiries can be sent to feedback@sun-bloom.app. Throughout these terms, “we”, “our” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the relevant service. The agreement concerns our website, mobile app, available creative features and related support.
Sun Bloom's creative features are image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. The Android app is coming soon and has not been released. This website does not provide a Google Play download link. It introduces the product and supplies policy and support information; generation and payment do not take place on the website.
The description of an upcoming feature should not be understood as an offer of immediate access. An available function or purchase may have more specific conditions explaining what is supplied and how it may be used. Those conditions accompany this agreement. Information that becomes legally binding for a purchase remains relevant even if a general website description is later changed.
Section 02 Eligibility and authority to act
Before using the service, make sure you have the legal capacity and permissions required to enter this agreement. Applicable minimum-age rules and distribution-platform age requirements must be followed. Where lawful use requires parental or guardian involvement, that involvement must be obtained. Neither the availability of a webpage nor a content rating supplies permission that the law requires separately.
Using Sun Bloom for an organisation requires authority to represent it, submit the relevant material and approve any payment on its behalf. Access to its device, files or payment facility alone may not establish that authority. Material supplied by an employer, client or another person can carry confidentiality, privacy or intellectual-property obligations that you must respect.
You must not use a service in circumstances where applicable law prohibits it. Legal, marketplace or technical restrictions may affect which functions can be supplied in a location or on a device. Opening this site does not establish universal availability. If a restriction appears to rest on incorrect information, explain that to support instead of attempting to bypass a restriction that applies to you.
Section 03 Service records without registration
Sun Bloom has no registration or login requirement. An installation can nevertheless be associated with identifiers and records used to provide the service, handle requests or administer a purchased benefit. These records are different from a registered profile. Google manages any Google account you use for Google Play under its own service arrangements; it is not a Sun Bloom sign-in.
Take reasonable precautions with the device, app access and payment facilities you control. Let support know if associated records or paid access appear to have been used without permission. Reinstallation, changing devices or clearing local data can affect local files and references to earlier use. Keep the exports and purchase confirmations you need, and ask about missing access rather than assuming that removing data will restore it.
When requesting assistance, give a clear description and accurate references where available. Say when a detail is unknown. Accuracy in a purchase enquiry or incident report does not mean that a fictional creative prompt must describe a true event. You can ask for help without a Sun Bloom login, and there is no need to disclose store credentials, authentication codes or complete payment-card details merely to start an enquiry.
Section 04 Reading the terms before proceeding
Review the conditions shown for a feature or purchase before you decide to proceed. Where the app or payment flow asks for acceptance, it relates to the conditions provided at that point. If you do not agree, do not carry out the affected action. A question to support can help clarify a term before you decide and does not itself commit you to a purchase.
Your agreement is limited by rights the law does not allow to be waived. Acceptance does not grant unrestricted use of your personal information, authorise publication of private inputs or permit AI training with user data. A consent, acknowledgment or request that privacy or consumer law requires separately must still be obtained through the appropriate process.
Preserve important offer information, receipts and correspondence if you may need them to establish what was agreed. The contract can include legally binding information supplied before payment as well as the confirmation you receive. A request to correct an earlier purchase or exercise a privacy right is not an occasion to require acceptance of unrelated new conditions.
Section 06 Rights in the tools and service materials
The software, models, interface, documentation, branding and other protected materials supplied as part of Sun Bloom belong to us or their respective licensors. Their rights are separate from those in your submitted material. Access to a feature allows its use under the applicable conditions; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying technology, design or trademarks.
Except where permission or law allows it, do not reproduce, distribute, sell, license or commercially offer protected service materials as your own. Do not remove copyright or other ownership notices. Use of the Sun Bloom name or visual identity must not imply an endorsement, partnership or approval that has not been given. Being able to view material on this website does not grant every possible reuse right.
These limits concern the service and its protected components. They do not, simply because the app processed a file, prevent a permitted export of your own creative result. Separate component licences and mandatory exceptions continue to apply. Ask support about a proposed use of our materials if the permission is unclear, explaining which material and use you have in mind.
Section 07 Purchase information in the app
The website does not publish purchase prices or take payments. Where a paid offer is available, its actual price and conditions are presented in the app and checkout before confirmation. Read the currency, applicable taxes, included benefit and material conditions carefully. A general description of a creative capability does not determine what a particular purchase includes or promise an unspecified amount of free use.
Only use a payment method you are authorised to use, and check for mistakes before confirming. A material condition should be disclosed before the decision rather than added afterwards. Required purchase information and an agreement must be supplied in a retainable form where the applicable law requires one. Keep the offer details and receipt so an enquiry can be assessed against the accepted conditions.
Transactions processed through Google Play also follow its checkout and payment-validation rules. We use necessary transaction information to supply the corresponding benefit and investigate discrepancies. If an offer's description and the delivered access do not match, contact support with the available order reference and an explanation. Giving us your Google password or full banking details is not a prerequisite for that review.
Section 09 Refunds and correcting a purchase
Use the refund and support routes for a duplicate or unauthorised charge, an unavailable paid benefit, a failed feature or another discrepancy. Google Play has its own refund and unauthorised-charge processes for transactions through its billing system. The relevant facts, accepted offer, store rules and consumer protections determine the appropriate remedy. Digital purchases are not all automatically non-refundable, and not every request necessarily qualifies.
We honour an approved Google Play refund or payment reversal and reconcile the associated service entitlement. A benefit supplied by the refunded transaction may need to be corrected or removed to reflect that decision. The adjustment must relate to the affected purchase; it does not automatically invalidate unrelated purchases. If the store's confirmed outcome and the app's access disagree, ask support to check the difference.
Returning money involves processes controlled by the store and payment provider, so check the status of the particular order. Statutory remedies may remain available after an ordinary discretionary store refund period. Credible payment manipulation or refund abuse may be investigated with proportionate protective action, but an honest refund request or challenge to an error is not itself misuse and does not waive other rights.
Section 10 Mandatory consumer protections
The law applicable to your location and transaction may provide mandatory protections for information before purchase, quality, conformity, warranties, cancellation and refunds. Such protections prevail over an inconsistent contractual term. A store may provide additional options alongside those rights. The operator's address does not, by itself, exclude protections available to a consumer in another place.
If a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period applies, supplying digital content or services before it ends must comply with the requirements of that law. Those requirements may include specific information, a request for early supply, consent or acknowledgment of an effect on cancellation. Reading the website or viewing its artwork does not alone waive the right. The relevant purchase process must provide the required information and choices.
Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content or services can require correction, repeat performance, a price reduction, termination of the affected arrangement or a refund. Which remedy is due depends on the applicable rules and the facts. Explain the underlying problem even if a store's discretionary refund period has ended. A general statement about AI variability cannot replace consideration of an individual claim or remove a required remedy.
Section 11 Your inputs, outputs and publication choices
Rights you already hold in source images, videos, prompts, settings and other submitted material remain yours. Make sure the intended processing and use are permitted before you submit it. Relevant rights can include copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy and a person's likeness. Possession of a photograph does not necessarily authorise every alteration or publication involving the person it depicts.
We do not take ownership of an input by receiving it, or assert ownership of an output solely because Sun Bloom generated it. Rights in generated work still depend on the law and the material involved. A result may not qualify for copyright, may resemble other work and may not be exclusive. We cannot guarantee clearance of another person's rights or suitability for every commercial use.
Respect conditions disclosed for a supplied template or licensed element. Examine the whole result and its intended context before downloading, sharing, publishing or relying on it. Generation succeeding does not certify truth, legal compliance or permission from another rights holder. An unexpected detail may matter even when the overall image looks close to your intended design.
Do not misrepresent synthetic media as authentic evidence of an event, statement or person's behaviour. Do not falsely suggest someone participated in or approved a scene. Disclose generated or manipulated content when required by law, the publishing platform or the circumstances. You remain responsible for the independent decision to use the material in a particular context.
Section 12 Processing your request without taking ownership
Your submission grants a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive and process the material, store and transmit it temporarily, produce the requested output and make it available to you. Related support or safety handling can be included within the stated service purposes. This permission does not authorise unrestricted publication, sale or reuse of private inputs, and does not transfer their ownership.
Generation uses self-hosted systems operated by us. We do not provide creative inputs, prompts, results or associated creation information to a third-party AI generation provider. No user information is used to train AI models, whether it is a source file, generated result, device record, purchase record or support communication. Facial recognition and extraction of biometric identity information are not performed.
All information belonging to a creation is deleted within 36 hours from the start of its input upload. If no upload is involved, the period starts with prompt submission. The output shares the input's original deadline; generation completion does not create another retention period. The same limit applies to associated records and copies during support, reporting, investigation or an interruption.
Keep an exported copy of work you wish to retain while the result is available. Sun Bloom is not a permanent archive. We may consider or implement a general suggestion without owing payment merely because it was submitted. Feedback does not transfer rights in unrelated work, authorise disclosure of confidential information or override the no-training commitment. Avoid unnecessary confidential material in unsolicited suggestions.
Section 13 Privacy and selecting source photographs
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is involved in operating the website and app, its purposes and legal grounds, relevant disclosures, protection, retention and available rights. The AI data page gives further detail about creative requests. Read those notices with this agreement. Referencing a notice does not create a consent or make a protected privacy right conditional on continued use.
The app uses Android's system Photo Picker for source-image selection. Choose only the material needed for your request and consider what it reveals about you or other people. A face can be personal information even without facial recognition or biometric identification. You need the relevant rights or permissions for the proposed use, and should avoid unrelated sensitive or confidential details.
Uploading private material is not a request to display it publicly. Access and disclosure are limited to the purposes described in the privacy notices, including necessary operational handling and lawful disclosure obligations. Separate consent requirements still apply. If you export a result and supply it to someone else, that separate copy is subject to your decisions and the recipient's own practices.
Section 14 The full deletion scope and your request routes
The 36-hour maximum covers every item associated with a creation: prompts, input and output images and videos, parameters, settings, template choices, task identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata, links and associations. It applies in every system we control and every processor acting for us. Copies in logs, support correspondence, reports and attachments, previews, caches and backups are included. A separate storage location or record name does not change the deadline.
You may request deletion of Sun Bloom user data through Personal Settings or by writing to feedback@sun-bloom.app. These are independent routes. Email can be used without first attempting the in-app option, reinstalling the app or having access to it. No registration or login is required. We may ask for limited information to locate the relevant records and verify that you are entitled to request their removal.
Independent records may remain where needed for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention or another legal obligation explained in the Privacy Policy. They cannot retain creative material, task details, metadata, associations or links after the original creation deadline. Keeping an independent record does not extend creation retention, permit reconstruction of the deleted creation record or continue normal use of app-user information that should be erased.
Export results you need before they disappear. Erased material cannot be recovered from the removed record, and deletion does not reach files independently saved on your device or shared elsewhere. Removing Sun Bloom data does not close your Google account, request a refund or instruct a store to cancel any recurring purchase you may have accepted. You may seek a purchase remedy and deletion independently without resolving one before requesting the other.
Section 15 Understanding AI output and website examples
A generative process can produce visual defects, inaccurate details, unintended elements or similarities to another work. Repeated requests may yield different results. Selecting a template or writing a prompt is not an assurance of a precise appearance, factual accuracy, originality, exclusivity or appropriateness for every purpose. Inspect what was produced before deciding how to use it.
The twelve original artworks on this website are visual concepts created for the site. They are not Sun Bloom results, app screenshots or templates available inside the app. They illustrate creative directions without promising reproduction of a pictured composition. For an actual purchase decision, consider the description of the available feature and the conditions presented for the offer.
These characteristics of AI do not displace our legal obligations. Where digital content must conform to its description or meet required quality standards, those standards remain applicable. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill where the law requires it. A valid claim concerning a fault, misleading description or failure to supply must receive the remedy the law provides; uncertainty in generation is not a blanket disclaimer of responsibility.
Section 16 Prohibited material and interference
Use Sun Bloom for lawful creative purposes and respect the people affected by your inputs and outputs. The following restrictions concern both content and access to the service. A request being accepted or completed does not mean that its purpose or later use is permitted.
- Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, sexual exploitation, pornography intended for sexual gratification or non-consensual intimate imagery, including fabricated intimate depictions.
- Do not produce threats, harassment, hateful abuse, violent-extremist material, encouragement of self-harm or content promoting serious harm to people.
- Do not engage in fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation or identity abuse; fabricate evidence or documents; or deliberately deceive people about civic processes.
- Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, likeness or other legal rights, or disclose another person's private information without a lawful basis.
- Do not introduce malware, obtain unauthorised access, conduct security testing without permission, overload infrastructure or interfere with the service or another person's use.
- Do not manipulate transactions or entitlement records, evade purchase controls or usage limits, bypass safety restrictions or resell access without authorisation.
- Do not scrape or systematically extract protected service information, remove ownership notices or reverse engineer protected software or non-public systems, except within a permission granted by applicable law or a component licence.
Report a problematic result from its creation-detail page without leaving the app. Email support is another route, including when the app is unavailable to you. Describe the concern and provide a reference where possible instead of sending illegal material or unnecessary private information. Reports do not create a new retention period for creation content, task information or attachments.
We may remove content and restrict features that breach these rules. Repeated violations, or a single serious violation such as non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving a minor, may lead to suspension of access or deletion of the app-user record, as described under Suspension and ending use.
Section 18 Operational providers and outside offers
Google Play can be involved in distribution and payment, while other providers support operations such as hosting and communications. Adjust is used solely to attribute installation sources through necessary technical signals. We do not send Adjust creation information, support communications, content reports or purchase events. The Privacy Policy describes the processing involved and applicable rights or choices.
These operational functions do not mean an external AI generation provider receives your request. Generation remains self-hosted under our operation. A provider's role in delivering the website, validating a purchase or identifying an installation source is separate from processing creative material through an outside AI model. Using providers also does not remove our own contractual, privacy or consumer obligations.
An outside website or store controls its own content, decisions, availability and notices. Its terms and practices can differ from ours. A link does not endorse everything published there. If another supplier's promotion or offer is presented, check its conditions and identify who is responsible for delivering it. The supplier is responsible for its commitments unless we expressly undertake an obligation, while our own statements remain subject to law.
A general reference to promotions is not a promise that one is currently running. Following a link or accepting an offer does not supply consent to unrelated advertising or optional tracking. Ask about a material discrepancy between our description and an outside supplier's conditions before relying on a benefit that may not be included.
Section 19 Availability, maintenance and feature changes
The service can be affected by maintenance, security improvements, compatibility work and legal or marketplace requirements. Network problems and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt use. Continuous availability, a fixed generation time and support for every browser, device or operating-system version are not promised. A specific commitment in an accepted offer nevertheless remains subject to its terms and applicable law.
We may develop, revise or discontinue features for legitimate product or operational reasons. If an existing paid entitlement is materially affected, we will give the notice and options required by the purchase agreement and the law. Urgent legal or security action may have to precede notice, but urgency does not cancel a remedy otherwise owed to an affected customer.
If we cannot supply what you purchased because of a change or permanent withdrawal, contact support about the appropriate resolution. It may involve restoring the benefit, ending the affected arrangement or providing a required refund. Updating the service is not a right to retain payment for an unfulfilled obligation without addressing your protections. Operational changes, outages and maintenance do not extend creation-data retention.
Section 20 Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the app or website, subject to any separate steps required for a purchase arrangement you actually accepted. We may refuse a request or limit, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for repeated or serious breaches of the prohibited-use rules, fraud, a security threat, a legal requirement or non-payment relating to the affected benefit. Action should be proportionate to the issue and not automatically eliminate unrelated valid rights.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support about a mistake. Protective action can sometimes be necessary before notice, and some details cannot be disclosed without undermining security or violating law. A legitimate refund claim, privacy request or good-faith complaint is not by itself a reason to penalise you.
Once permission to use a restricted service ends, stop accessing it and do not circumvent the restriction. Existing purchase obligations, rights in material, justified independent-record handling and unresolved claims continue where their purpose requires. Ending access does not waive a privacy right, remove a required consumer remedy or create permission to publish private material, train on user data or retain creation information longer.
Section 21 Liability and responsibility for decisions
We remain responsible for loss or damage that applicable law makes our responsibility, including failure to meet a contractual obligation. No part of this agreement excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any limitation elsewhere in these terms is subject to those protections.
Consumer claims are assessed under the applicable legal rules, including causation and reasonable foreseeability where those tests apply. General descriptions of AI uncertainty or service interruptions do not excuse failure to deliver an agreed benefit or disregard a valid claim. Where our conduct contributed to a loss, describing an outside event or a user's choice does not remove our responsibility for that contribution.
Your publication and reliance decisions remain your own. Reasonable precautions include reviewing generated material, obtaining necessary permissions and keeping exports you need. We do not automatically assume a loss caused solely by misuse outside our responsibility. This does not shift our duties to you or prevent a remedy that the law provides when our actions are also relevant to the loss.
Sun Bloom does not promise income, profit, audience growth or another commercial result from creative work. If you use it for business, the absence of that promised result still applies alongside any specific agreement and mandatory law. It does not change ownership of your material or relieve us of a service obligation that we actually undertook.
Section 22 Governing law and raising a dispute
You can write to feedback@sun-bloom.app with the issue, an available reference and the outcome you are seeking. Support can try to resolve the concern. Include relevant information without unnecessary private creative files. This informal route does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to finish an internal process before using another route available under the law.
Utah law, as it applies in the United States, governs these terms and any dispute connected with them, because Streamlyne LLC is based in Sandy, Utah. Choosing Utah law does not take away mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live; those continue to apply where they cover you. These terms do not designate an exclusive court, require compulsory arbitration or make you give up an available local forum. A competent consumer authority, privacy authority or court remains available where you are entitled to use it.
A store decision may have its own review procedure. Privacy requests and complaints can use the channels in the Privacy Policy and a competent authority. Keep relevant purchase information and correspondence needed to identify the dispute. Using a lawful complaints process is not a breach of these terms, and seeking help does not require abandonment of an unrelated purchase right or privacy request.
Section 23 Export, sanctions and trade requirements
Comply with export controls, sanctions and other trade restrictions applicable to the software, service and transaction. Do not use Sun Bloom to make a prohibited transfer or supply access to a person or destination that cannot lawfully receive it. Technical availability does not establish that a proposed use or transaction has the necessary legal authorisation.
We may restrict access where necessary to meet a binding legal requirement. Do not use another identity, device, payment method or intermediary to bypass a restriction that applies to you. If you believe incorrect information caused a restriction, explain the issue to support. A review must still comply with the relevant law and cannot promise access that the law prohibits.
Section 24 Notices and records you can retain
We may communicate operational information through the app, this website or an email exchange you initiate with support. A purchase platform can send its own receipts and transaction notices. Preserve important conditions, confirmations and correspondence where you need a record. A store payment confirmation and a support response about app behaviour can each supply different information relevant to an issue.
Electronic records and confirmations may communicate a notice or document agreement where the law permits. Requirements for individual notice, a durable or retainable copy, or another prescribed form still apply. Publishing a general announcement is not a substitute for a specific notice required for an affected purchase or material change. Additional communication will be provided where required.
These service messages do not enrol you in marketing or supply permission for optional tracking. Support correspondence can be used to handle the matter within the purposes in the Privacy Policy, not for unrelated publication or AI training. Creation content or associated details included in an exchange still follow the original deletion deadline rather than the life of the support conversation.
Section 25 The combined agreement and any transfer
The relevant feature and purchase conditions, these terms and the linked policies explain the arrangements together. They do not erase legally binding pre-purchase information or a consumer's protected reliance on it. Privacy notices explain processing and available rights; being linked from a contract does not make them blanket consent to every possible use of information.
If a condition is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues only as far as the law permits. That principle cannot defeat a mandatory protection or preserve the effect of a prohibited restriction. Delay or failure in enforcing a condition does not automatically waive the right to address a later breach. A lawful waiver is confined to the circumstances in which it was given.
You cannot transfer permission to operate or resell the service without authorisation. A transfer of the business or an agreement to a successor must respect existing obligations, privacy rights and mandatory consumer protections. Required notice and further legal steps must be provided. A transfer cannot be used to escape a paid commitment or obtain incompatible new permissions over private material.
Section 26 Changes to these terms and contact details
These terms take effect on November 6, 2026. Revisions may be needed as the service, operations or legal requirements develop. We will communicate a material change with the notice or fresh agreement required by law. Replacing this page does not retrospectively remove a purchase protection, authorise another charge or satisfy a separate requirement for privacy consent.
Conditions for a later offer must be supplied before you choose it. Earlier purchases retain their applicable conditions and mandatory protections. If it is unclear which description or version applies, contact support using the available transaction reference or correspondence. You do not need to send unrelated personal information or private creative material to ask about the agreement.
Streamlyne LLC provides Sun Bloom from 2054 E Buckingham Way, Sandy - 84093-1632, United States. Send questions about these terms to feedback@sun-bloom.app. The help page provides routes for product, purchase, content and privacy concerns. The Privacy Policy, AI data, Refunds and Data Deletion pages explain the relevant practices and requests in more detail.
