Section 01 Explain the purchase problem
Contact feedback@sun-bloom.app about a missing entitlement, an apparent duplicate charge, a paid feature that failed or another mismatch. Give the Google Play order ID and purchase date if available, describe what you expected and explain what happened instead. A relevant app-user or transaction reference can also help identify the matter.
There is no Sun Bloom login to create or registered email address to prove before asking for assistance. Your store account is managed separately by Google. If an order reference or date is unavailable, say so; we can consider what limited additional information is needed rather than asking you to invent a detail.
Do not send Google credentials, authentication codes, complete payment-card details or a full bank statement. Redact unrelated information from a receipt or screenshot. The starting point is the order and your explanation, with proportionate verification where needed to locate the transaction and confirm your connection to it.
Depending on the accepted offer, the circumstances and applicable rights, a resolution may involve restoring access, supplying a missing benefit, correcting a record or charge, or providing a refund. An artistic result you dislike raises different questions from a feature that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. Explain the problem so it can be assessed on its actual facts.
AI processing does not by itself exclude a valid claim about a paid service. You can seek help without app access, provide relevant additional information and ask us to reconsider a response that does not address the issue. Keep the receipt or order reference for follow-up where possible.
Section 02 Purchase information and authorisation
Sun Bloom is in development for Android and has not been released on Google Play. This website does not take payments or publish prices. For any purchase available in the app, review the actual offer and checkout information before confirming a charge.
The offer must explain its price, currency, applicable taxes, included benefit and relevant conditions. Any time limits or reset conditions attached to an offered benefit must be disclosed with that offer. A general feature description or concept illustration on the website does not establish an unstated allowance, paid entitlement or billing arrangement.
Your authorisation applies to the transaction and conditions you accept. If an actual offer includes recurring charges, its billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method must be explained before agreement. If an offer includes a trial, its duration and the charge and conditions after the trial must also be clear. These protections apply only where the actual offer includes those features.
Keep the purchase confirmation and relevant offer information if you may need to check what was agreed. Visiting this website, contacting support or making one purchase does not independently authorise an unrelated later charge. Any continuing payment authority must arise from the actual terms disclosed and accepted, subject to applicable law.
This policy describes purchase assistance from Streamlyne LLC for Sun Bloom. It supplements the Terms of Service and the store rules relevant to the transaction. It does not override the protections consumer law makes mandatory or replace separate information or consent that a purchase requires.
Section 03 Google Play review and unfamiliar charges
For a purchase processed through Google Play billing, you can use the store's refund-request process. Google's rules depend on the purchase, when and how payment was made, and your location. The current official guidance linked here provides the relevant route; this policy does not set a universal store refund window.
A charge you do not recognise has a separate Google Play reporting route. Consult the official instructions promptly, including the payment-provider steps relevant to your situation. An accidental purchase by someone you know may belong in the ordinary refund process. You can also contact us when the transaction concerns Sun Bloom.
We can review the service issue and purchase information available to us. Google and the payment provider control the parts of the payment process they operate, including the return of approved funds and when those funds appear on a payment method. Use the actual order status and decision for updates; no fixed refund-arrival time is promised here.
A store decision or discretionary procedure is not the only source of your rights. If the usual route is unavailable, you may still describe a problem for which the law provides a remedy. Using a store process does not require giving up another lawful complaint or request for review.
Section 04 Approved refunds and the related benefit
We recognise refunds approved by Google Play and update the corresponding transaction and entitlement records when the store provides the relevant information. A refunded purchase may cease to provide its associated benefit or require an adjustment to that benefit. The effect should match the particular purchase, the decision and applicable law.
That adjustment does not by itself remove unrelated valid purchases or your statutory remedies. If a decision appears to affect the wrong item, or the app's record still differs from an approved refund, tell us which transaction and benefit need checking. An ordinary refund enquiry is a proper way to raise that discrepancy.
Send the available order reference and the relevant portion of the store decision, with unrelated details removed. Explain whether the issue concerns the charge, returned funds or the service entitlement. We can investigate our records; the store or payment provider remains responsible for processing and timing within its payment systems.
We may investigate credible evidence of duplicate claims, unauthorised transactions or deliberate payment abuse and take proportionate action to protect the service. A good-faith refund request, disputed charge or challenge to a decision is not abuse merely because it asks for review. It does not require surrendering an unrelated purchase or privacy right.
A necessary transaction or support record may be retained independently to resolve the issue. It cannot preserve creative files, task details, metadata or links to a creation beyond that creation's original deadline. Refund reconciliation does not create a longer retention period for the creative work involved.
Section 05 Keep cancellation, refunds and data removal distinct
If the actual purchase you accepted includes recurring payments managed by Google Play, use the Google account that made it to manage or cancel the renewal. Open the store's subscription settings, select the relevant purchase and follow the cancellation instructions. This applies when such an arrangement exists under your accepted offer; it does not establish that a particular billing model is available.
For that recurring arrangement, uninstalling the app or deleting Sun Bloom data does not itself cancel renewal. Stopping future renewal is also different from requesting a refund for an earlier charge. Check the actual purchase terms and store confirmation to understand the action taken and the period or benefits affected.
You can ask for purchase assistance and data deletion together. Clearly identify both requests so that each can be handled for its own purpose. Resolving a payment issue is not a prerequisite for exercising a deletion right, and requesting deletion does not automatically waive an available consumer remedy.
Save an available receipt or order reference before deletion if a transaction remains unresolved. Removing app-user records may also remove links between a device and its previous activity. Tell support about the outstanding purchase question without sending store credentials or unnecessary creative material.
Independent financial, security or dispute records may have a justified retention need, as described in the Privacy Policy. They must not retain creation content, metadata, task references or associations beyond the creation deadline. Data removal does not close your Google account or erase payment records Google holds for its own obligations.
Section 06 The consumer protections that remain available
This policy does not make all digital purchases non-refundable. Applicable law may provide remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, services that are not supplied as agreed, or cancellation and withdrawal in particular circumstances. Mandatory rights remain available even where they extend beyond a store's discretionary refund rules.
Where supplying digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period affects a cancellation right, the purchase process must explain the effect and obtain any request, consent or acknowledgement required by law. Reading this page is not that consent or a waiver. Any required purchase disclosures and agreement-copy rights also continue to apply.
To ask for reconsideration, reply to the support correspondence or email feedback@sun-bloom.app. Identify the order if possible and explain the facts, accepted conditions or rights you believe were missed. Additional evidence should relate to the question under review and should omit unnecessary private information.
You remain free to pursue an available store review or an appropriate regulator, dispute process or court route. A support conversation does not pause a legal deadline or require you to abandon another lawful remedy. The Terms of Service provide further information about responsibility and consumer protection.
Policy changes cannot retrospectively remove mandatory rights attached to a purchase. Where a question concerns an earlier transaction, the relevant offer and the law applicable to that transaction still matter. Contact us if the response you received does not address those circumstances.
